November 23, 2016 General Membership Meeting

MEETING NOTICE

 When: Wednesday November 23, 2016. Doors will be opened at 5:00pm, dinner will be served at 5:00pm and the meeting will commence promptly at 5:30pm

Where: Knights of Columbus- 2401 Columbus Drive, Windsor, Ontario N9E 1R8

**At the end of the meeting their will be a draw for  *20* $50.00 gift cards. Ballots will be filled out at the doors when signing in. Winners must be present to claim their gift card**

Meeting Agenda:

• Election of delegates and alternates for the following:

• Region 1 Election (March 18, 2017)-> 4 delegates + President and 5 alternates

• Convention(April 6- 9 2017) in Toronto-> 4 delegates+ President and 5 alternates

• BPS Conference (June 23-25 2017) in Toronto-> 3 delegates + President and 4 alternates

• Proposed Budget for 2017

• Raffle-Twenty $50.00 Gift Cards
