I am calling on members of Local 101 to attend a Town Hall Meeting, organized by the Windsor Health Coalition.
At our last Local Executive meeting we had discussion about taking some action…. This is our opportunity to make a statement .
We encounter numerous work load issues in many of our Allied Health professions including forced over-time, no replacement coverage, increased workload.
These are all due to staffing reductions and attrition.
We are also dealing with job losses as programs are being privatized.
It is time to save our jobs and to ensure proper Health Care for the citizens of this community.
I challenge all of our membership to bring 5 people with them, co-workers, family, friends, neighbors.
This Town Hall meeting is going to kick off a campaign to stop Healthcare cuts.
THURSDAY MARCH 31 @ 6:30 P.M.
